Aguero And Sagna Injury Gives Manager Headache

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, is already hurt by news of injury to Aguero and Sagna but receives good news that would give him some relief.

The Manchester City boss has been awaiting updates on Bacary Sagna and star striker Sergio Aguero after those two were injured while on duty with their national teams.

Then Nicolas Otamendi and Pablo Zabaleta returned from Argentina's training camp after picking up suspensions.

The two Blues were both booked as the Albicelestes drew 2-2 away to Peru, and that means both are suspended for Tuesday night's home game with Paraguay.

Rather than stay with Argentina, both players flew back to Manchester on Sunday to begin preparations for Saturday's home clash with Everton and the trip to Barcelona the following Wednesday.

They could be followed by Aguero, who suffered a calf strain during training at the weekend and was pulled out of a training session.
