Unilever The Top Employer In Africa - TEIThe Top Employers Institute has certified Unilever as the No. 1 Top Employer in Africa for the third consecutive year.
The British-Dutch multinational consumer goods company was certified as the No. 1 Top Employer in Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Ghana, and Kenya.

The Top Employer in Africa certification is awarded by the Top Employers Institute, which conducts an annual international audit of leading employers around the world.
The Dutch research firm assesses participating companies in nine key areas: talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development.
